700 Lumen Spotlight by Coleman
If you’re a hardy camper then you know the feeling of being in a lovely, remote campsite where the only guide to your evening strolls are the stars and moon. This is great for the tranquility, but not so ideal when you need to make your way along small gravel paths in the dead of night when the moon and stars aren’t as bright as your flashlight which has just run out of battery life. Enter the Coleman CPX 6 CSP70 Spotlight. 700 lumens of pure, white, unobstructed, gravel-maneuvering luminescence. Truly a thing of beauty as it’s incandescence slices through the darkest of bush veld campground and lights your path.
Easy to hold with an ergonomic handle and non-slip grip the Coleman spotlight is far less cumbersome than it first appears. Made from durable plastic it is relatively weather-proof, but I wouldn’t say it is built for sea excursions, more a little light rain while you make your way back to your camp site late at night. It has a lock on the trigger switch in order to keep the light burning if you wish to put the spotlight down while you are busy with a task that requires light. As an optional extra a rechargeable battery pack is available for the Coleman CPX 6 CSP70 Spotlight, or alternatively it is powered by four D-size batteries. With the light coming from three LED globes I am confident that the batteries will last for plenty of time before needing to be replaced.
